Shipping Policy
SHIPPING TIME
Orders with all items in stock at our main warehouse (Miami, Florida) are typically shipped within one business day. Most apparel items and certain merchandise products are shipped directly by third-party manufacturers/suppliers and usually take between 3 – 10 business days to ship.
SHIPPING FEES
Orders over $99 in merchandise qualify for FREE SHIPPING within the United States. International orders will incur shipping fees and are shipped via the United States Postal Service, taking 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. Note that some countries may impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. Customers are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties. These charges are added by your respective governments and are not shipping charges from Power Unit Coaching LLC. Some orders may require additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer will cause delays. Additional shipping fees may be charged to reship an order a second time. An order that is refused will be charged the original shipping plus the return shipping cost. All orders shipped via UPS are subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Service” as detailed on UPS.com.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to modify an existing order before it ships, please call our Customer Service Department at 775-25-POWER immediately or send an email to team@powerunitcoaching.com. Provide your order number, the correct shipping address, and the changes needed. If you receive a product that does not match your invoice or if you are missing an item, contact us immediately, and we will send the correct product along with a return label for the incorrect item. If you receive a damaged or defective item, return it to us, and we will send you a new one as soon as we receive the damaged or defective item. If changes need to be made to an order after it ships, we will make every effort to make the necessary changes; customers may be charged a fee of $13 or more for such changes, like adding a missing apartment number or correcting the address.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS/BACKORDER PRODUCTS
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered (out of stock) item, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock. If you want to receive in-stock items immediately and have backordered items shipped upon availability, please contact us by phone at 775-25-POWER or by email at team@powerunitcoaching.com. Be aware that additional shipping fees will apply for separate shipments.

DIGITAL ORDERS
Digital orders purchased can be access anytime through our Power Unit Portal located HERE.
If you are unable to access a digital product through our portal, please contact us immediately at team@powerunitcoaching.com or call 775-25-POWER. Alternate solutions can be to select the "Forgot Password" link on the portal page and request a new password using the same email address linked to your purchase. Digital products and orders are automatically delivered within 0-5 minutes upon successful purchase to the email address used in your order.
