Our History

Power Unit Coaching was not built in a boardroom. It was built in the trenches of real estate, by someone who lived the struggle before solving it. Every product, every platform, and every program we have created exists because Chastin J. Miles refused to accept that agents had to figure it out alone. From a single coaching idea in 2018 to a full education technology ecosystem serving agents and brokerages nationwide, this is a story about what happens when you bet on structure, community, and people who refuse to quit.

  • 2018

    Chastin J. Miles founded Power Unit Coaching after experiencing firsthand the burnout and lack of structure that holds most agents back. What began as a local coaching initiative quickly grew into the foundation of a national movement.

  • 2020

    PWRU University launched as the company's flagship online learning platform, bringing the full Power Unit methodology to agents across the country through interactive training, gamification, and community accountability.

  • 2021

    "Do The Most: The Entrepreneur's Guide to Infinite Hustle," extending the PWRU brand into the broader entrepreneurship world and opening new doors for speaking, media, and community growth.

  • 2024

    The Broker Performance Suite Launches which gave small and midsize brokerages the tools to compete at a higher level, with automated onboarding, agent performance tracking, and AI-driven training built into one platform.

  • Today

    Power Unit Coaching is now a full-scale education technology company with a growing ecosystem of products built around one belief: structure creates freedom.
