1. Device Compatibility
Power Unit University is accessible on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. However, for the best user experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer when engaging in interactive course content.

Unsupported or Limited-Functionality Devices:

✘ Kindle Fire and other e-readers (may not support interactive content)

3. Internet Requirements
A stable internet connection is required to stream courses, attend live training, and access interactive content.
Recommended Internet Speed:
✔ Minimum: 5 Mbps (for basic course access and standard video playback)
✔ Recommended: 15 Mbps or higher (for smooth HD video streaming and live training)
If you experience buffering or slow load times, try:
Using a wired (Ethernet) connection instead of Wi-Fi for better stability
Closing other apps or downloads that may be using bandwidth
Restarting your router or modem
4. Software & Plugins
Required Software:
✔ Adobe Reader or equivalent – Needed to view downloadable PDFs and workbooks
✔ Zoom – Required for attending live virtual training sessions
✔ Latest Video Drivers – Ensure your graphics drivers are updated for best video playback
Optional Software for a Better Experience:

5. Audio & Video Requirements
✔ Headphones or speakers – Required for course playback and live training sessions
✔ Microphone (optional) – Needed for participating in live Q&A or interactive sessions
✔ Webcam (optional) – Required for some live coaching and networking events
Note: Some courses may include interactive quizzes or exercises that require audio playback, so make sure your device’s speakers or headphones are functional.
6. Mobile Access & App Support
Power Unit University can be accessed via a mobile browser. Some interactive content may be limited on smaller screens.
✔ iOS Users: Access via Safari or Chrome browser
✔ Android Users: Access via Chrome browser
At this time, Power Unit University does not have a standalone mobile app, but all features are accessible through a mobile browser.
7. Security & Account Requirements
✔ Secure Login: You must have a unique username and password to access Power Unit University.
✔ Two-Factor Authentication (Optional): Enable 2FA for added security.
✔ Single-User License: Each account is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
